How is this different from career counseling?

What happens in the first session?

Your first session is a complimentary 30-minute discovery call. Pam will ask about your current situation, goals, and timeline. You will leave with an honest assessment of whether coaching is the right fit and which service aligns with your needs.

Do you work with clients outside the United States?

While our primary focus is senior leaders in the United States, Pam works with select international executives via virtual sessions. Time zone flexibility is built into every engagement.

Services & Programs

What is the difference between one-on-one coaching and the Signature Program?

One-on-one coaching provides fully personalized, private sessions tailored to your specific situation. The Signature Program adds a cohort experience — peer accountability, group learning, and structured curriculum — while still including private coaching calls with Pam.

Can I switch between packages?

Yes. Many clients start with the Strategy Intensive and upgrade to Executive Coaching once they see results. Pam will discuss transition options openly and ensure continuity in your roadmap.

How long does a typical coaching engagement last?

Most clients work with Pam for 3–6 months. The Strategy Intensive is a focused 4-week engagement. The Signature Program runs 12 weeks. Duration depends on your goals and the complexity of your transition.

Do you help with resume writing?

Pam takes a holistic approach that goes beyond documents. While executive positioning includes refining your professional narrative, the focus is on strategy, authority, and follow-through — not transactional resume rewrites.

Pricing & Logistics

How much does executive coaching cost?

Packages range from $1,200 for the 4-week Strategy Intensive to $8,500 for the 12-week Signature Program. Monthly Executive Coaching is $3,500. Visit our pricing page for full details on what each package includes.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Monthly payment plans are available for the Executive Coaching and Signature Program packages. We also provide documentation for corporate professional development reimbursement.

Are sessions virtual or in-person?

All sessions are conducted virtually via video call, making coaching accessible regardless of your location. For clients in select metro areas, occasional in-person sessions can be arranged.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Package commitments are month-to-month after an initial engagement period, giving you flexibility without long-term lock-in.

Can coaching help me transition from corporate to consulting?

Absolutely. The Corporate-to-Consulting Transition service is specifically designed for executives planning to leave corporate within 6–18 months. It covers niche positioning, offer design, pricing, and client pipeline development.
